Tim i like when handicapper go after cheap tracks for one main reason if you can consistently be good there at cheap tracks you can be good anywhere to me cheap tracks are the testing grounds

Thanks Jim same to you. Ilve 10 mins from Bel and only use to play the NYRA tracks. Now I rarely look at them
I like the mid to low level trks much more now. Here's where record keeping and knowing what factors the winning horses have usually pays off.
